Cab drivers were friendly and quick, often they arrived to pick us up before I was finished with placing the order. Would use again

Downloaded the app. Put my CC info in. Was instantly changed $10 bucks by apptaxi in Philadelphia USA... charged for what... idk. So shady my CC company canceled my card. Now I’m stuck in Europe without a CC. And on top of that, the app doesn’t work. Uber for life.

Why there is a restriction for the phone numbers???

I am from Russia and I am going to visit Italy. But I can not use this application because there is a restriction in it to a phone numbers (only Italian, USA's and several European countries allowed). Please fix that as soon as possible!!!

Couldn't complete registration because I never received a confirmation code via SMS to my US phone number. Please fix!

Wish I could rate this app, but so far it won't even get past the activation step with a U.S. phone number format. +1 ####### results in NOTHING.

I used this app constantly last year in Italy. This year it will not activate with a US phone number. Very frustrating since the taxi dispatchers don't speak English!!

This app is terrible. You won't get a cab using it in Florence. You'll end up texting or calling only to not have a taxi come either. They just don't care. If you must take a taxi: Just walk to closest taxi stand. Save yourself the aggravation.

Good app, a little confusing at first but worked fine with a US number. Quick, efficient driver!

Don’t use in Florence

Florence is the worst city for taxis. Used the app and even tried to go to taxi stand. Called the app company and they told me “really busy on fridays call again later” and hung up. Ended up walking for an hour before the app worked and We’re charged over €20 through the app for a 10 min drive. What a scam.
