Frustratingly Horrible – Luma - Surround Wifi Review

I’ve been a Luma customer since the original crowd sourcing, the product, the App, the Guardian service, are all horribly unreliable. Although I’ve not experienced rudeness with their customer service, every non-phone based service I had or attempted to have (e-mail, chat) has been non-successful.
