Fun game but hit a glitch – Yuletide Legends: The Brothers Claus Hidden Object Review

Grand son and I were playing right along and suddenly in boys room we could not complete the Christmas scene to eat the last slide. I got an error message and do not know how to proceed. Thought maybe if I write a review someone can get back to me on how to fix this or where I went wrong! We would like to finish it if possible.
