Why is Apple allowing this app to advertise? – Connect My PC - Remote Desktop for iPhone & iPad Review

First thing that popped up is a notice that the app will not run on The latest version of IOS. I am an idiot for not reading the reviews. Hopefully Apple does not let the transaction go through. Is is essentially a non-functional app. THEFT!!!
