They updated and lost my profile – Clash of Battleships - COB Review

Used to be a good fun game. Then started to glitch up here and there but still good. They updated recently and I could not login. After a couple of days see note on game for lost profiles with an email address. Email them all the info they requested and that I had. They wanted screenshots for everything including when I purchased something. But I did not have any of that as I played for over a year and told them this. They responded asking for info I have already given them and responded. It was a form email as tech support is in China. Heard nothing back.
