Real in game play isn't what they show online. Game is crap and waste of download time and space. I deleted game as soon as it opened a few seconds. ??????

I have played this game since the beginning with Age of Ships. At different times I have bought things from them. Out of all the things I bought. I have lost 4 of those. Most recent. I bought 10 chances for a new ship. It cost me 2800 diamonds to do it. When I clicked on my side to get it. It went into there lovely disconnect from server. I started the game back up. Went to go check and nothing. There was nothing there. I sent the Chinese owners a message. They said they will check into it. After talking to them about this for almost 3 weeks. They said pretty well I am dumb and stupid and I got everything they sent. I want to know where. I didn't. I told them the last time I talked to them. I am getting with my bank because you ripped me off. They said if we do this for every person. We would not be in business. I told them I am doing it and going to our better business bureau. They said good luck. I did get my money back. Then I noticed during my game play. I am getting the smallest bonus all the time. They say it's a chance by average. Nope. I haven't had anything at all good for now 4 months. It's an okay game to play. But don't give them any money. If you do. They have records showing you bought it. Then they say you got it. But a times. I don't get the things they send. I have stopped now 4 months giving them a dime.

Support for this game is now nonexistent. The game has crashed and hasn't been fixed and is not acknowledged by the owner.
They updated and lost my profile

Used to be a good fun game. Then started to glitch up here and there but still good. They updated recently and I could not login. After a couple of days see note on game for lost profiles with an email address. Email them all the info they requested and that I had. They wanted screenshots for everything including when I purchased something. But I did not have any of that as I played for over a year and told them this. They responded asking for info I have already given them and responded. It was a form email as tech support is in China. Heard nothing back.
