Absolutely appalling - complete scam – Santander Cycles Review

After clearly indicating that the charge was £2 per day and the first 30 mins were free we decided to hire the bikes. We were charged the £2 pounds and were very happy until we were charged another £8 pounds 2 days later. Apparently this is there standard operating practice. A complete scam. Don't touch.
