Worthless if you're a foreigner – Santander Cycles Review

After going through they're lengthy bicycle hiring process on the app--which I had to do twice because of an invalid promo code and even after deleting the code, had to re-enter all the data over because it wouldn't let me proceed still--you have to verify your phone number with a 4 digit code which you won't be able to receive because you're foreign and you don't want a roaming charge just to verify your phone! Utterly a waste of time and a poorly developed app.
