Idea 'A' - but poor execution – My Singtel app Review

This site has nice features but the backroom support of business travelers is poor. I had a nightmare experience renewing my data roam plan which speaks to serious software / system bug. Customer service was mechanical and did not resolve my issue. Switching carriers when I get home
