I wanna rate no star! – Gesoo Review

Really??? The customer service lady said if you stay on the screen for a while, the apps still let you place order but the order won't send to the restaurant. Wth!!! Then this app is not working property! You need to fix it before you launch it! I placed the order at 1:00pm and the order was supposed to deliver before 2pm(that's what the ordering page showed), well I first time use this app, how the hell I know the page won't refresh itself. They charged my card 15% more than what I ordered and there is no order confirmation notification or anything! I called the restaurant they said they never got the order! I called gesoo customer service/support, the lady said they've been having this issue for a while but they don't know how to fix it. 這麼爛的App誰還會想要用！
