Great for mind wanderers! – 3 Minute Mindfulness Review

I have been suffering from anxiety since I suffered a stroke 7 months ago, and through a recommendation from a psychologist I started to learn about mindfulness and meditation to help calm me down. This app is great for someone like me who has trouble with having my mind wander back to fears during longer meditations or mindfulness practice sessions. The only thing is I wish it had more programs or courses like the "7 days of..." courses, as those helped me learn while not overwhelming, and still reminded me to practice each day.
