Freezes on screens, login never recognized – EPIX Stream with TV Package Review

Very slow and difficult to use. Doesn't recognize login so every time I access I have to fill out username , account. Umber or phone and second verification as well as I'm not a robot screen. Only to learn that I already have a user name that I can sign in with. Oh great! I knew that already and tried it. So once I finally get in to see what's available I get to a screen that tells me I need to download a Charter TV app. No way to get out of that screen or some of the others except to Cancel Sign In. Then I have to go into sign in process all over again.
