Lost my Temperature Control when updated – Vivint Classic Review

I use to be able to control my thermostat from my phone app. When they did an update to my system I lost it from my phone and iPad. But! I still have remote control from my wall unit. Talked to support and they had no idea why. We followed all their instructions and nothing. Then they wanted to charge us $75.00 to come out and check out why. Hey, it's your installed Equiptment that's not working!! I'm already paying over $60.00 a month. Have been loyal customer for over six years!!
