Doesn't work – AirCastLive Review

Hi, I payed $20 for a year access with a limit of 20gb. I attempted to upload a video of 1 gb with my Ipad and I had WIFI the entire time. I have excellent Wifi speeds I usually download and upload things pretty quickly. However the video I attempted to upload to AIRCASTLIVE took over two hours and never was uploaded. I attempted a second and the application closed on my Ipad. I payed $20 dollars for a service, I am not getting the service I PAID FOR. AIRCASTLIVE customer service reps, how can I get a refund?
