They stole my money – AirCastLive Review

I signed up for this app and paid $19 for plan. The App didn't do what I thought it did, so I contacted aircastlive multiple times to cancel my account and refund my money. Have not received a single response from them in over 3 weeks. Money has not been refunded. Stated disput with credit card company so hopefully they have better luck.
