I want to use my Apple Pencil – BBC Colouring: Doctor Who Review

This restriction to only touch paint is droll. I want to use my Apple Pencil and fill in, have the option of 'pouring' paint or using strokes. That way, if I don't want to stay within the lines or if I want to add to the sketch I could!
