SUKKUS – Rukkus - Tickets Tonight Review

Purchased tickets for MLB opening day. Tickets were not appearing on app, saying they needed to be uploaded. After numerous inquiries over several days, I received and email FIVE HOURS before the game saying there had been a problem with the listing and I was not getting the tickets, and that I was now "free to purchase other tickets." My follow up received no response whatsoever.
