3 minute breaks with big impact – 3 Minute Mindfulness Review

I like that I can set regulars reminders at certain times to take 3 minutes to be mindful or meditate. Sometimes I use the guided stuff sometimes just the breathing exercises. Either way 3 minutes is easy to work into my day (even multiple times during the day) and I have really noticed a difference in my general state of arousal.
