Abysmal Support – Lexus RES+ Review

This app depends on the RES+ hardware accessory that uses 2G cellular network provided by AT&T. No one at Lexus will readily admit that all of them are broken because AT&T shut down 2G in January '17. The fix, per Lexus (after alot of chasing) is to get the 3G module upgrade to the RES+. AND MY DEALER TELLS ME THERE IS ONLY ONE (1) IN THE ENTIRE USA AND THEY CANNOT GET THEIR HANDS ON IT. Lexus should be ashamed. I expected more from Lexus for a 3 year old vehicle that cost $58,500. Never again!
