Nationwide problem – Lexus RES+ Review

Our RES+ quit working about a month ago in our 2014 ES350. Lexus says it is a nation wide problem caused by AT&T switching from 3G to 4G. This must be the provider they use to communicate with the car. As of now there is no fix, but supposedly there is a team in Chicago working on a fix. No idea if they will be successful or not.
