Almost excellent – MedTracker Review

It works...enables easy data capture of the what, when, and how much. Only one thing missing - a notes field to capture the Why, esp. important for PRN meds. Devs - please add an optional text field where I can enter the "why" for a PRN drug, and then include that field in a downloadable report, so I could keep the what, when, how much, and Why for my drug intake.
