For someone taking prescription medications it’s not uncommon to miss the correct time to take the medication. MedTracker tracks the actual time medication was taken in a single view, using the simple Take Now button. With the optional notifications turned on, MedTracker will determine the time to take the next dose and notify you on your device. MedTracker provides an option to require input of the actual quantity taken when the Take Now button is tapped.

Families with multiple children will appreciate MedTrackers ability to keep track of multiple medications for multiple people and easily see when medications should be taken. For the busy parent, consumption history can be added or modified after the fact.

It’s typical to ask the question, "When did I take that aspirin?", or "Did I take my vitamins today?" Perfect tracker- except 1 thing
Sstrak

This app is great EXCEPT: it does not allow you to see a list of ALL meds taken by time. You can see all doses taken for each individual med- but not a list of all meds taken today. Devs! Please update! Thank you for making an amazing app! (Also, please update the quantity so it does not default to having a decimal point. If my standard dose of ibuprofen is 600mg, I don’t need to have the default dose as 600.0) Thank you again!!!

Tried and didn’t like it

Not very user friendly. Too many required fields. I just want to track when we give our sick Tylenol so we don’t overdose etc.

Apple Health integration

It would be very helpful if there would be integration with Apple Health.

Used 1 year now stopped tracking

I used the free app for a year. Found it to be great and very help for my 15 + meds. Then I noticed it to miss entries and edits the day after. Not sure of the reason. I cannot contact technical support to troubleshoot to solve the problem.

No sync between devices
skip2k

Overall this app does what need. Soo can tell if I took a Med or not. But it has no sync function to other os, so unless I’m carrying around the same device (iPad) I can’t update that I took that pill. So hasn’t been too useful in real life. Please implement iCloud sync that I can sync on the road as well as home. Then it will be immensely useful.

I’ve been a medical professional since the mid 1980’s. Occasionally I used to forget whether or not I took my meds or took them late. One med I take is Xarelto which is a “blood thinner.” It’s extremely important to take this drug exactly as prescribed. I tried several different ways to try to help me stay on schedule with the different meds I take, but none of the methods I used worked for me very well UNTIL I started using THIS APP. WHY THIS APP and not any other? Because this app is VERY SIMPLE and RELIABLE. I usually like fancy apps with great graphics— Boys and our toys! But for taking my meds properly, I NEED SIMPLICITY & RELIABILITY. That is what I get from this application. GREAT FOR JUST ONE PERSON OR A FAMILY since each family member can have their own med schedule. I can look and find the EXACT TIME down to the second that I took the last dose of each of my meds and when my next dose is due. It’s PERFECT for me! 5/5

Great app!

This app is great for those that take several medications daily. It's so easy to use and the log helps to make sure you haven't taken too much or too little of each medication. The recent update makes it even easier to use as it now "clicks" when you log the medication you are taking. With this app I can make sure I haven't doubled up or forgotten a medication. Such a great app and to top it off it's free! Thank you for such a great app. I have tried others, but this app far exceeds any other medication log app out there.

Helping the kids get well

After very brief use, this seems like a nice little app. I've got 2 sick kids and am using it to keep track of their medications. I live that this can track both of their meds but there doesn't seem to be a way to change the time that you gave a med (I rarely get to the app the minute they get their meds and the OCD in me may go a bit crazy of I get sidetracked and it's an hour off.) only med tracker that I've seen so far though that will track 2 different people.
