ideal company all others should strive to be like! – LaCie Media Review

I contacted Seagate tech-support today to ask for some help with this media app and my Lacie Fuel 1 TB Wireless drive. I was lucky enough to have a gentleman named Jeff take my call and Jeff provided me the best customer service tech-support that you can hope for. when it comes to making a decision as to which brand or which item or which device to purchase this should be a large contributing factor to your decision-making process. first of all I am extremely happy that my call went to a Seagate call center in Oklahoma City Oklahoma, and not a call center in the Philippines, India, Costa Rica or any other foreign nation. Companies like Seagate need to do more to provide jobs to hard-working well meaning, productive citizens of this great country, like Jeff. all other tech companies out there should take notice of Seagate's customer service tech-support policies and structuring. I am extremely happy now with Seagate even though I own multiple Seagate products because before my experience today they are most of the time the best most logical choice available at my time of purchase. And believe me when I buy anything, particularly anything tech related like a new hard drive anything like that I do lots of research and lots of comparative shopping online before I make my purchase. And Seagate a large portion, or the majority of the time is the choice that I make, and that was before my experience with gentleman Jeff today. Again if you value the things that I have mentioned in this review you will choose to make Seagate and they're offshoot brands your choice when shopping for new devices and hardware. there is only one small factor why I did not give this review five stars. It received four stars because of the Lacie media app. Lacie media app still needs some work, it recognized my photo folder on my iPad Pro, and auto uploaded all my photos to Lacie Fuel Wireless Drive, but it did not and will not recognize my music folder. Which means I will manually connect the wireless drive to my PC and copy my music folder onto the Lacie Fuel Wireless Drive. This is a small chore that I am used to having to do in the past anyway so it's not a huge deal but it would be nice if the firmware, and Media App would recognize my music folder regardless of the location on the iPad Pro and auto upload it without me having to do anything. Of course that would be the ultimate results. so there's a little bit of work that needs to be done there. But that takes a huge backseat to my experience with Seagate today and my buddy Jeff at the Oklahoma City Oklahoma Seagate call center. Again thank you very much Jeff, you're a great guy, A great representative for the Seagate company and I appreciate you and your employer. Thank you very much
