Wrong item, no clue, poor service – BUDK (On The Edge Brands, Inc) Review

I ordered two practice padlocks (clear) for lock picking as a gift. What I got was not even shown in the catalog. Better yet, when I called, they had no Idea what item number I was talking about. I was told that I had to wait for someone to "Pull the call" and that they would get back to me within "24 to 48 hours" - then, we could figure it out. Poor customer service - this is my first and last transaction. Be careful !
