There one lady that it seems to answer all the call from this company is extremely rude, dismissive and disrespectful. I couldn’t believe it how she handle my situation very unprofessional and all this over $10. Buy at your risk cause you ain’t get anywhere with them and specially with customer service.

I had to thank BUDK for their great customer service from the lady who took my phone call and her great assistance and BUDK helping to deal with a problem I had trying to send a order throw BUDK keeps their word and in this day and age that’s a valuable commodity. I know from their service to me personably they are a 5 STAR company their product ,pricing and service are unbeatable and I hope you try them out I promise you no regrets. The app is about halfway to were it should be. After installing and opening the app it still pops up with a banner to install the app from the App Store - annoying. The search box I like the fact that it shows commonly searched terms to pick from. However, this should be a feature to disable from within the app. I’ve not used the app for any orders yet so I can’t comment on anything with that yet. I’m sure with as great if a company that BUDK and CH Kadels is they’ll get the mobile apps working perfectly.

Strike 1. I got the app but yet it keeps trying to give me the app. Strike 2. Set up an account but app won’t hold my info. Strike 3. Tried 3 times to buy and it it keeps losing my order and doesn’t finish, hardest app ever.
App advertising itself is highly aggravating.

I have ordered many knives from BUDK, and not once did I have any problems. They are a truly excellent company. Their customer service is second to none. I have recommended BUDK to many of my friends and not one of them have been disappointed. I can’t imagine anyone not giving BUDK 5 stars. They have my business without question. ??

I used to order from this company a lot when I was younger, so I figured they were trustworthy. I found out very much the opposite. I recently made 3 orders totaling about 60 dollars the money was taken from my card and I thought all was well. until next day I get an email saying my card was declined when there was more than enough money on there and the transaction already went through. I tried and tried to get help with it they told me it was a pending transaction and it would be back in my bank within 3 days. The money was never returned and I never received any orders. So all and all I’m saying DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. They will scam you and take your money with no regret. The one customer service lady I called was very rude also the second one was polite but the first one should be fired.
