Doesn't recognize device – Jabra CONNECT Review

I tried several times with this app. The blue tooth is paired with phone, though app doesn't seem to recognize it. The odd thing is, the audio notes are working, but nothing else. You are suppose yo be able to see how much battery life remains, as well as be able to select different sound settings based on your surroundings. None of these functions are working. (Device: Jabra Stealth, iPhone 7 version 10.2.1)
