Very effective app! – Anxiety Reliever Review

This is one amazing app! I especially love the audio welcome section that explains precisely how to use the app. That earns several stars alone! The tips section is very useful since you can use the app without headphones to alleviate stress and anxiety simply through reading the well-written guide. The guided audio sessions are diverse and well-recorded. I love the binaural ocean sounds and integration of ASMR sessions. Overall, this is a 5-star app and well worth the subscription, especially given the lack of specific anxiety apps available. Finally, the developer is very friendly and responsive. Highly recommended and really helped me recently with some stressful events.
