Good but bad maps implementation. – The Raiser’s Edge® Review

This is a welcome update considering it has been years since the last one. However the mapping function does not work well, if you have two rows of information for the address, the app carries it over as one run-on line into whatever your maps application is. In this case Google maps can't find the address.
