I want to love this app but it is completely useless to me. I work with organization donors and this app only works for individual constituents. I can't pull up any relevant information at all.

A great app for fundraisers in the go. No more calling the office for contact or giving information!! Still a few bugs to work out (org support, soft credits, action functionality) but it is awesome!

90% my records are constituents who are organizations. App is basically useless to me. Please update to include organizations.

In some ways, it's much nicer than the desktop app. Login needs to work better. Eg, I log out from iPad and try to login from iPhone but it says I'm still logged in on another device. Also, seems like I should be allowed to concurrently log in on desktop and mobile device. Numerous times, I have tried to look something up while away from desk but couldn't because I was logged in at desk. Maybe add option to force the other instance to log out.

Not enough functionality.

First and foremost, you have to reboot your iPad to log back into the program or it won't work - what a pain in the *&^. I intended to use this on my iPad as a workstation away from my office. You can't enter data or make corrections to already entered text (unless I am missing something). You can only look at data. So, what is the point? I gave it 2 stars only because the app exists and you can see data, phones, emails, etc. I got so frustrated, I didn't even check to see if I can call or email from the app (and I probably can).
