Very good port of an old game – Slitherine's Legion Review

There are many unfounded critics of this game in the reviews, I don't think they realize that this is a PORT of an old game, nothing new, nothing innovative, just a port, it is a fantastic game and many of the criticisms levied at it, (poor graphics, no battlefield control.) Those aren't going to change, they're not going to update the game, because the game is old. Having said that I find this game to be really fun once you get the hang of how the economy system works. So don't judge the devs for the games shortcomings because those shortcomings are limitations from another era of computing, where memory and processing power were very limited, so don't buy this game expecting anything revolutionary, because it is a port of a fairly old game. I really enjoy the game myself, START ON EASY DIFFICULTY, this is a game from the era of difficult games, and there is a learning curve to the game, and until you fully understand the mechanics it is best played on easy.
