I love this game so much because it's my Rome total war I have one problem though and that is I don't like how the ai can like 50 armies at you all at the same time it make the game sort of boring but other than that great game
This is a solid and deep stategy game. It feels a lot like Rome Total War. Looking forward to playing more.
Very nice port of the PC classic. The touch screen interface seems very natural for the game. Runs very stable so far. It's nice to see some real wargames make it to the iPad. Would like to see some of the other titles from the PC series make it to the touch screen.
A great game with a semi total war feel to it. Definitely recommend!
I spent the day playing on easy. The amount of time spent vs the amount of fun received is a joke...on easy. How can anyone think this is fun? The amount of resources you need to conquer your enemies and safeguard your territory is amazing large and nearly impossible to obtain unless you like capturing one city every 2 hours. I am already deleting this game and I am a strategy buff. Good Luck.
Been waiting for the day when RTS matured on iPad. While the hardware is still not there for Starcraft this game will hold us over till then.
Fun game, but needs way better instructions. I almost gave up until i realized that getting the quartermaster building lets you compete with large enemy armies.
This game is spectacular, realistic, and well worth the money. I'm going to be playing this game for a long, long time. I am rarely enthusiastic about games on the ipad, strategy in particular but this one... Keep the updates coming, more maps/customization and I will love you even more.
Only complaint is moving armies long distances, i have to move them a short distance every turn, this is annoying and time consuming, if it was just 2 clicks to move a unit across the map over 15 turns instead of 30 clicks and 5 min for just 1 unit like it is, it would make the game more enjoyable
