Great, Easy App!! – Full Size Wallpaper - Wallpaper Editor to Fix Resize Rotate or Scale Your Photo Picture and Image for iOS 7 Review

I love this app! It's very easy to use! I only have two MINOR complaints. I wish there was more room to save colors and I wish there was a way to center the image vertically or horizontally, separately. I still highly recommend this app!
