Great for tracking fluid intake for the most part – Water Tracker - iHydrate Review

I love this app. Of course I mostly drink water, coffee, and milk. I do indulge in an energy drink every now and again as well. All are accounted for with the app. It is easy to use and has simple controls. The reminders are both nice and annoying depending on how you day is. I wish it had further drink options for alternative drinks like soy milk, almond milk, protein drinks and the like. I drink these to and just lump them all under the 'Milk' category. At any rate I does what it is supposed to do as an app; it tracks you progress and challenges you to go further. I personally feels better on the days I drink my water goals for the day.
