I was so excited about this app. Total fail. Even their “contact” form doesn’t work to ask for assistance. Reminders have to be input manually - ok but they disappear immediately after setting them all up (sometimes up to 10 different reminders). I’ve done it several times now. POOF... nothing saved. The contact form told me it couldn’t be sent. I visited their FB page which hasn’t been updated since 2016. I found this app through an email sent from a health and wellness website - that was clearly a bad referral. Don’t waste your money on this one.

The app is okay. It would be nice if there was password protection to keep your data private and to keep your data from being deleted in case your phone is lost or stolen. It would also be great to be able to export, import, and back up your data. Making custom drinks is also a waist of time.
Fine at first, now horrible

This app worked great for me at first. I even paid for upgrades and stuff. Lately I’ve been having issues with the integration on my Apple Watch so I’ve deleted it/re downloaded it a few times. Now it won’t even let me log back in. It keeps saying something like “can’t connect to server”. I guess I’ll have to find a new water tracking app because I can’t find anyone to contact about technical difficulties
App not staying installed

I love this app on my phone, but it won’t stay installed on my watch. I have tried multiple times and sometimes it stays on for a day or two. Other than that, the app is awesome with the customizable drinks. Thank you!

Custom sizes and reminders delete every day and have to be reinput. This is annoying for a paid app. Can this please get resolved? You don’t respond to feedback either. I’ve sent two messages to you regarding this issue.

I am impressed and pleased with this program. I have never been a water drinker. In recent years I had medical issues that require that I drinks a lot of water. This app helps me stay on track and consume the amount I need. This has app has been very valuable to me!

App works well there is no support and last update was 2 years ago. There is no Apple Watch complication and I have reached out to the makers with no response. I guess they just take the money for the app and do nothing to support it. Run assay and get another app is all I can say!!!
