Used to be great, but stopped working, and lost all my notes – Microsoft OneNote Review

Used to be a pretty slick app. It used to work cross all of my devices. Now I can't sync at all on any iOS device. All I get is some cryptic "can't open notebook" message. Tried the "reset" trick, but still no syncing. And of course since I reset, my notes are gone on my local device. Boooo MS!
