Disappointing service... Buyers watch out! – Poshmark: Buy & Sell Fashion Review

Love the idea of the app. Have purchased many things. However the customer service is HORRENDOUS. Someone sold me an expensive dress that arrived with many holes that weren't disclosed in description. I sent Poshmark pictures and info, and all they did for me was give me a $20 "credit" to use for something else. It was a very expensive dress. In the email, Poshmark said "Please note that this is a huge exception to our process." That is a direct quote. So basically I am stuck with a dress full of holes, wasted money, and a condescending email from Poshmark. Buyers beware! Even if a listing says perfect condition, it can have a lot of damage and Poshmark doesn't care.
