Charges you even when it can't provide a ride – Curb - Request & Pay for Taxis Review

I recently tried to hail a cab with this app and was told that no cabs were available (but Way2Ride had no issue finding me a cab second later). Yet this morning, my bank notified me that Curb had put a $20 dollar hold charge on my credit card without my knowledge. When you can't provide me with a ride, don't charge my card Curb. No longer willing to use this app given it's shady billing practices.
