Good but not great – JusTalk - Video Chat & Calls Review

Tried this upon suggestion by niece in Saudi. Had a hard start since Jus Talk requires callers' numbers must be in same country. So, I had to uninstall jus talk & reinstall using my Philippines cell #. Success! But when I tried calling back after 6 hrs, Jus Talk says "invite" again! It turns out recipient must be ONLINE too at same time. Too much hassle-- why not just give s busy tone?
