If you're serious about upgrading your training but don't want to spend a bundle, TP is an excellent option. Integrates well with Garmin tools and apps like Connect, and if you want to go deeper with a structured plan there's a ton available for any budget. The e-mail notifications aligned with the calendar are outstanding.
