TERRIBLY DESIGNED – Edyn Review

Wow, what a horrible app. First of all, we have more than one garden and have moved our Edyn hardware around. But there is no apparent way in the UI to add a second garden. Worse, my wife and I can't seem to share a single Edyn account to view our garden from either iPhone. The folks at Edyn don't seem to know what an "account" is and how it should work among mobile apps that have access to that account. And finally, the information displayed is completely unreliable. It is pouring rain outside right now and my Edyn Valve is set for Rain Skipping, but it's been watering. Our Edyn Sensor says the soil around our arborvitae is only 14% and falling. But we've been watering our new trees non-stop for 5 days now and we can see and feel that the soil is saturated. All in all, it's apparent the app team at Edyn doesn't know what the hell they're doing. The app doesn't conform to the Human Interface Guidelines for iOS and it won't even run on an iPad. NOT IMPRESSED. GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER, EDYN!
