Several attempts have been made to set up this device this season, and no luck. I have reached out to support and have gotten no answers. Seems like another good idea, soiled (get it?) by people who don’t understand business.
Been robbed. They took the money and ran.

Bought one at Home Depot. It never worked. There’s no support, no website, etc. Been trying to get it to work for 6 months. Every time I try to sync, it said “Oops. There’s a Problem on Our End.” The problem is it’s a scam. No one is working there anymore.

Well let me get started with when the product was working it was great but for the past few months now the app has not worked nor has anyone answered the phones and return of my emails or text messages through their messenger site from what I can read on blogs people are saying that the company is up for sale or going out of business what I cannot confirm those accusations that I read all I can speak on as my experience and that is the app does not work there is no support for the app and the product does not work without the app so if you have purchase recently this company’s product my opinion is to return it back to the store because as of right now I cannot stress this enough the product does not work at all.

I have a total of 5 sensors and none of them work as of November 2017. The app apparently no longer connects to the Edyn servers. I was able to contact the company and received a response that they were aware of issue and there was no ETA. Another reviewer indicated that they may be going out of business which I tend to believe.

Apple: can you please remove this app from the store? I think this company has gone out of business. The server that handles their logins has been down for 2 weeks, nobody answers their customer support email, and their website doesn't seem to exist any more.

Emailed them for defective sensor multiple times, never got a reply and now, I can’t open the app!! Seems like they blocked me all together! Don’t waste your time and money, Home Depot quit selling it. Go to homedepot.com and search Edyn “ Currently not available”! Even the big guns gave up on them!!!
