No More Wasting Money on Text Editors – Editorial Review

I've probably purchased more text editor apps than anyone else who didn't buy them specifically to write comparison articles, and it's been one of the most frustrating iOS experiences I've had. I'm not picky—I just wanted a few specific features: 1. Automatic Dropbox sync. 2. Spell check. 3. Syntax highlighting (HTML/Markdown). 4. Preview with custom CSS. 5. Markdown to HTML export (preferably customizable). You'd think these wouldn't be too much to ask for, but you'd be wrong. Several apps I found could do three or four of these, but Editorial is the first one I've found that didn't make me wish I could get my money back. I was prepared to settle when I finally found a truly functional text editor, so I was delighted when I dove in and discovered everything Editorial can do. The UI is both streamlined and comprehensive, the browser is brilliant, and the whole app is a lesson in ergonomics a good many developers could stand to emulate.
