I need help – Adobe Illustrator Draw Review

I love the app, it's awesome. But here's the problem, my original email didn't work because someone was using it. It said (for some reason) so I used a old one for my tablet. When the free trial was over I tried signing in again (with my tablet email) and it sent a verification. I tried signing in with that email but i couldn't. It said that email didn't exist. I tried my original email but again, it said it was taken. Could you please help? Thanks :)
