AKT – AKT On Demand Review

As a sahm of 4, it's hard to make time for working out and even more difficult to find a sitter to leave the house. With AKT on demand you don't have to! It is by far the most efficient way to work out. Anna Kaiser blends together all of the workout essentials-strength, cardio, yoga, hiit, circuit-so your workout is shorter in duration and so much longer in benefits. You can mix and match segments or do a longer class workout so you never get bored and your body never plateaus. After 6 months of using AKT on demand I am thinner now than I have eve been and my body weight is lower than pre-babies. My only critique is that I wish there was more new content weekly. I can't get enough of AKT!
