Hits all the right spots!

I never review anything, but this program is so amazing I feel the need to share. I’ve used Beachbody and always loved it, but this blows it out of the water! The workouts are HARD, but still fun, and Anna and the trainers are so encouraging that it keeps me going. Also there is so much content, it’s impossible to get bored. AKT on demand will push you to the next level.

I love the classes at AKT on the Upper East Side and this app lets me take them on vacation! This app is great because of the variety of workouts and because I can mix and match shorter sessions when my schedule doesn't allow for a full 45-55 minute workout. Definitely worth it!

As a sahm of 4, it's hard to make time for working out and even more difficult to find a sitter to leave the house. With AKT on demand you don't have to! It is by far the most efficient way to work out. Anna Kaiser blends together all of the workout essentials-strength, cardio, yoga, hiit, circuit-so your workout is shorter in duration and so much longer in benefits. You can mix and match segments or do a longer class workout so you never get bored and your body never plateaus. After 6 months of using AKT on demand I am thinner now than I have eve been and my body weight is lower than pre-babies. My only critique is that I wish there was more new content weekly. I can't get enough of AKT!

Chromecast issues

I love the AKT streaming site and love all the videos. My complaint is the app rarely works when using my chromecast. I don't have trouble casting any other thing I do, just this app. I hope it will be corrected. Again, nothing against the workouts, they are awesome!!

Living in Los Angeles (or anywhere really), sometimes it's really hard to get in your car to drive to the gym during a busy day. These online workouts, nutrition tips, and stretching cool downs are for you! Just clear some space in your living room, hotel room, or out on a patio and get ready to drip sweat and feel inspired. Don't have an elastic band? I used a hand towel and pulled to get resistance! But just go for it! I feel like Anna is my cheerleader through every exercise. It's so very worth it. enJOY!

Very challenging, a bit too much for this beginner

If I were in shape and looking to up my game, I'd love this app. She's amazing. It just went too quickly for me and was too intense, even with modifications. I began with the Beginner Series and week one was okay, but she updated her videos the following week and they were way too much for me. I tried the other dance and cardio workouts, but they were also too much. I would definitely come back to the series once I have outgrown my current routine.
