The d@mn app won't go away!!! – MyBlock Review

I delete it and it comes right back!!! It's like the plague it's just hanging on for dear life!!! Why won't it go away once I delete it?!?!?! The people at the Apple Store can't explain as to why it keeps coming back either!!! It's beyond frustrating!!!
