Can't get anything but a black screen – Sword Art Online - Watch FREE! Review

I only got this app because on Netflix the season to audio is only in Japanese and on here it says it's in English. But I'll never find out because I get nothing but the color black Sao is my favorite show it's a shame j can't watch it please fix this. Thank you!
