I love SAO, however, I downloaded this app onto my old iPhone just to watch it during my lunch breaks at work. After i got my new iPhone and downloaded app onto it I can’t watch it cause the app is out of date. Why hasn’t this been updated yet? Not to sound rude, but c’mon people it’s 2018, please update this. Until it’s been updated I won’t be giving this app 5 stars

This app is probably one of the best I've seen and I'm a huge fan of SAO and all the action I see but... there's one thing that always irritates me. Yes I'm talking about the adds, of course I won't delete the app just for that, I love watching SAO believe me but there's almost 7 ads PER EPISODE one right before it starts three after the intro and three more in about the middle it's really annoying so I hope that you can make an update too stop the ads or at least prevent some of them because even if it's at an intense part for a reveal or something it plays an add and it's annoying please prevent the ads!

So... I love the app! But when I first saw an ad I was like, "One ad won't kill me." When I saw the same ad twice in a row I was like, "Hm. Probably just a glitch, that's fine." When I had it played ( the same ad before getting to watch the rest of the episode ) 6 TIMES IN A ROW!!!! I WAS LIKE, "THIS IS FREAKIN RIDUCULOUS I MEAN I GET IT THAT WE DONT HAVE TO PAY WHICH COSTS PROBABLY AN AD BUT SERIOUSLY?!?!?!?? THE SAME AD FREAKIN SIX TIMES IN A ROW?!?!?!? UGHH!!!! I WOULD GIVE THIS APP FIVE STARS BUT IT DOESNT DESERVE IT!!!! ????????????

I don't really watch anime but a while back I decided to try this show "Sao" and I loved it Sooo much but the problem it I wish there were more English episodes because I hate having to read the subtitles please consider adding more English ones

SAO is the best anime I've EVER watched and my parental control level isn't high enough to watch it on Netflix so this app helped A LOT I'm really glad crunchyroll made this app thanks crunchy roll I would recommend this app to any anime lover ever!

Im fine with watching ads in the middle of the video, but there's a glitch where the ad keeps playing in an endless loop, with no way to stop it. Please fix this
