Syncing glitch. – Moment Diary (journal) Review

This is a very good app, but I can't sync with my other devices. No matter how many times I put in a ID and password, I keep getting air messages (not valid). When I try to contact the developers from this app, I keep getting (not available). This happens on all my devices.
