Help with this app. – Bird Identification by Color - Ornithology Guide for Northeastern U.S. Bird Watching + Bird Sounds/Songs Review

How do you use this app when you don't know what kind of bird you're trying to ID? Support is nonexistent with "can't find server" and I find no "Help" button or instructions. Does anyone know of an app where I can enter the features of a bird and it do a search?
